2025 PA Field Hockey Senior Cup Gold Medal Championship Game: featuring Kara Lentz, Kassie Vasellas in free livestream
Female Athlete News is thrilled to welcome Kara Lentz and Kassie Vasellas to the 2025 PA Field Hockey Senior Cup.
FAN, LLC is working with Linacre Media, who is producing the gold medal championship game. The game will be broadcasted via YouTube to our website femaleathletenews.com.
The streaming will be free to viewers. FAN will provide the livestreaming link Saturday or Sunday. It will also be found on our social media pages.

Kara Lentz
Kara is a seasoned college sports TV analyst with 18 plus years of experience covering B1G and NCAA field hockey. She began her career in 2007 with the launch of the Big Ten Network, where she quickly became a trusted voice for the sport.
Over the years, Kara has built a reputation for her in-depth analysis and passion for games on the big stage, regularly covering NCAA championships and providing expert commentary on key matchups.
A native of Manchester, Massachusetts, Kara’s responsibilities reached outside the booth to cover a range of men’s and women’s sports as a feature producer and sideline reporter for remote events and studio shows such as the long-running Women’s Sports Report on BTN.
A 4-year varsity letter winner at the University of Michigan, Kara was a member of 3 B1G championship teams and competed in the NCAA national semifinal in 2003. Kara was tabbed 2nd Team All B1G her senior season, in addition to being named a team captain and NFHCA Senior All Star.
Kara’s expertise in college sports continues to the lacrosse field, where she plays a key role in the former Pac-12 Network and NCAA’s coverage of the annual end-of-year championships.
Kassie Vasellas
Kassie is a second year broadcast journalism student at Penn State University. She interned for Female Athlete News in the Fall of 2024. She covered college field hockey, soccer, and volleyball.
“I had a great time covering various female sports and athletes,” Vasellas said. “I specifically enjoyed learning about field hockey from this internship and getting to talk to people like Phia Gladieux and Char Morett-Curtiss.”
Vasellas is involved in various clubs at Penn State: Executive Producer for ‘After The Whistle,’ Website Chair for AWSM and a Beat Reporter for Penn State Sports Night.
She also does Live Video Production with Penn State Athletics and will be joining the Creative Video team next year.
“I look forward to sideline reporting the PA Field Hockey Senior Cup and getting to watch exciting games, while talking to everyone,” Vasellas said.
