Top three high school girls lacrosse teams in each PIAA District as of April 14: power rankings

Nine Pennsylvania high school girls lacrosse programs have been able to hold onto a perfect record so far this Spring that rank in the top three spots in their respective district.

A few teams climbed rapidly in a soggy week across the commonweatlh.
