Top three high school girls lacrosse teams in each PIAA District as of April 7: power rankings

Many regular season games remained to be played in girls lacrosse in Pennsylvania.

The Spring sport started its season in March. A handful of high school teams have already completed a quarter to half of their scheduled games.

The latest standings of the top three teams from each PIAA District are available below. The listing includes the Classification, District, school name, their respective rank, and their record.
