Registration for FAN, LLC's first National Hockey5s Chocolate Cup is now open
Female Athlete News and USA Field Hockey are hosting a 5v5 tournament in July 2025 at In the Net in Palmyra, Pennsylvania.
Tournament Details
Dates: July 22, 23, 24
Registration process: Complete the form; FAN will confirm your registration; a non-refundable $400 deposit will be due no later than June 1. When FAN confirms your team’s attendance (email or phone number), deposit options will be provided. Each team will be contacted in the order in which we receive registration forms. If you choose email, please check your email and spam folders for an email from femaleathletenews@gmail.com. The remainder of the balance is due June 1, along with team names, rosters, and coaches’ names. Coaches and teams will receive FIH rules in early July.
Schedule: Teams will have schedules in early-July.
Individual Player fees: If FAN finds a team for you, we will contact you by June 30. If you cancel more than 21 days before the tournament, you’ll receive a refund of your balance minus a $25 processing fee. If you cancel less than 21 days before the tournament, or if you cancel after being placed on a team, you won’t receive a refund. The total per youth individual is $97.50 each and adults is $90.
Tournament cancellation: If the tournament is canceled due to unforeseen federal or state mandates, you'll receive credit for the full tournament fee minus a $100 processing fee. The credit will be used for the 2026 National Hockey5s Chocolate Cup.
Travel: Teams and individual players are responsible for their own travel, meals, and hotel. We will have several food trucks on site during the tournament, as well as concessions stand.
Accommodation: We recommend using the Hershey & Harrisburg Sports and Events Authority website. Please visit https://www.visithersheyharrisburg.org/hotels/ to find a hotel that matches your desired stay.
Facility location: In the Net, 798 Airport Road, Palmyra, PA. Parking is free. Attendance is free.
Hersheypark: We are excited to offer every athlete, coach, umpire, vendor, and event attendee 50 percent off tickets. We will have more information in May 2025.
