Registration for FAN 2025 National Hockey5s Chocolate Cup Opens on Wednesday

PALMYRA, Pa. – USA Field Hockey and Female Athlete News (FAN), LLC are excited to announce that registration for the 2025 National Hockey5s Chocolate Cup is open until June 30, 2025.

Registration will be done through a Google Form, where teams will sign-up and provide information. The Google Form sign up form is available on usafieldhockey.com and the FAN website.

The 2025 National Hockey5s Chocolate Cup will be held July 22 to 24 at the In The Net Sports Complex in Palmyra, Pa. and offers playing opportunities for boys, girls, men and women.

The event will feature three divisions in each of the U-14, U-16 and U-19 Girls age groups: Beginners, Developing and Elite. There will be two divisions for the adult group in each gender: Social and Competitive. Following the initial announcement, a U-17 Boys Elite division was added.

Colleges may enter as full teams and individuals looking to join a team may sign-up (see below for more information).

There is a five-game guarantee per team. Teams with the best records after the five-games will advance to championship brackets.

Dates: July 22, 23, 24

Time: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Location: In The Net Sports Complex, Palmyra, Pa.

Game: Two 20-minute halves, 3-minute halftime

Players: Four field players and a goalkeeper

Rules: FIH

Umpires: TBD

Cost: Youth, $975 per team; Adults, $900 per team
